General Description of Project: Griffin Engineering and Technical Services provided testing, adjusting, and balancing services for the HVAC mechanical systems. The systems balanced were one forty ton package rooftop unit, twenty (two setpoint) VAV boxes and related supply air distribution, one main exhaust fan and related inlet distribution.
Services Provided:

- Hydronic System Investigation and Balancing
Special Challenges: The building automation consists of two seperate systems. One system operates the VAV boxes and related controls. A separate system operates the roof top unit.
