Building Type: Medical office building with institutional healthcare facility.
General Description: The new Cancer Card Facility is a two story building with first floor institutional healthcare facility. The second floor has medical offices, patient rooms and exam rooms. The facility also houses two Linear Accelerators with associated support equipment.
Services Provided: Writing and executing Installation Verification checklists and Functional Performance Tests for the HVAC systems, Exhaust systems, Boilers, and Linear Accelerators chillers. Our field personnel inspected the air conditioning duct layout, installation, and pressure testing. We provided recommendations on VAV box locations for better maintenance access, reviewed hydronic piping installation, flushing and cleaning, chemical treatment, and balancing. Field verification of the TAB report was performed with deficiencies noted and resolved.
