Staci Griffin, President
Staci manages all accounting and human resource functions in the company. Staci’s focus is based on outstanding customer service and happy employees. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Virginia. She received special recognition from the United States Treasury Department for her implementation of a major educational outreach program for one of their largest agencies. She has over 15 years experience in the field of customer service. Prior to founding Griffin Engineering, she managed a Customer Service Department for a local floor-covering distributor.

Jim Griffin, PE/ LEED AP, Vice-President
Jim has been involved in engineering design and facility operations for more than 20 years. His experience includes civil engineering design, nuclear power plant operations, chemical manufacturing, high purity piping design and construction, construction project management, HVAC design, commissioning of building systems, and pharmaceutical process commissioning and validation. Jim has hands on experience with all aspects of modern building design and construction. Some of his most recent experience includes performing as Commissioning Authority for a $250,000,000 biotech facility. Email Jim
Joe Seufert, PE/ LEED AP, Engineering Manager
Joe is a mechanical engineer with over fifteen years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, industrial design, healthcare, laboratory, and education fields. He excels in project management, maintenance management, project engineering, mechanical engineering, and process engineering. He is an accomplished engineer and leader with the ability to effectively manage capital and human resources, solve complex problems, and achieve desired goals. Email Joe
Sheri Davis, Validation Manager/ Business Development Manager
Sheri has been involved in construction and engineering projects for more than 12 years. Her experience includes construction project management, design and commissioning of building systems, and pharmaceutical commissioning and validation. Sheri has a gift of being able to determine our clients' needs, even when those needs are less than clear. This ability, combined with her knowledge of construction, makes her a valuable asset on any process or building system project. Email Sheri
John Hartman, Technical Services Manager
John has been engaged in the design, operation, maintenance, commissioning and validation of energy systems, building systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing for over 12 years. His experience includes US Naval nuclear power plant operations, design and commissioning of building systems, and pharmaceutical process commissioning and validation. John has significant expertise in the management of commissioning and validation projects involving all aspects of hygienic and non-hygienic process equipment and systems. Email John
Gary Tester, LEED AP, BSC/TAB Manager
Gary has more than 33 years of experience in commissioning, testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems. His project experience includes clean rooms, laboratories, Vivarium, pharmaceutical facilities, office buildings, healthcare facilities, government facilities, and university projects. Gary has significant expertise in testing and verifying control systems as well as air and hydronic systems. Email Gary
