Staci manages all accounting and human resource functions in the company. Staci’s focus is based on outstanding customer service and happy employees. She is a graduate of Old Dominion University in Virginia. She received special recognition from the United States Treasury Department for her implementation of a major educational outreach program for one of their largest agencies. She has over 15 years experience in the field of customer service. Prior to founding Griffin Engineering, she managed a Customer Service Department for a local floor-covering distributor.

Jim has been involved in engineering design and facility operations for more than 20 years. His experience includes civil engineering design, nuclear power plant operations, chemical manufacturing, high purity piping design and construction, construction project management, HVAC design, commissioning of building systems, and pharmaceutical process commissioning and validation. Jim has hands on experience with all aspects of modern building design and construction. Recent experience includes performing as Commissioning Authority for a US Navy Data Center.  He is also a member of the NEBB Commissioning Committee. Email Jim

John has been engaged in the design, operation, maintenance, commissioning and validation of energy systems, building systems, and pharmaceutical manufacturing for over 12 years.  His experience includes US Naval nuclear power plant operations, design and commissioning of building systems, and pharmaceutical process commissioning and validation.  John has significant expertise in the management of commissioning and validation projects involving all aspects of hygienic and non-hygienic process equipment and systems. Gary has more than 33 years of experience in commissioning, testing, adjusting, and balancing of HVAC systems. His project experience includes clean rooms, laboratories, Vivarium, pharmaceutical facilities, office buildings, healthcare facilities, government facilities, and university projects.
